CNC MANUFACTURING

Our company offers machining and manufacturing parts of steel and soft metals using CNC machines. We manufacture small, medium and large series. Our technical equipment comprises a sliding headstock automatic lathe (Swiss-type), milling centres, and CNC lathe machines.
With our many years of experience, we can implement a wide variety of projects.
Our focus is on both low and mass production, but we manufacture prototypes as well.

Milling and all associated activities are performed with the highest possible quality thanks to state-of-the-art machines, quality components, and qualified staff with years of practice in the field.
We also offer turning, production of threads, offset holes in diameter and face, etc. We can machine materials such as steel, aluminium, brass, bronze, and stainless steel.
Thanks to own manufacturing and complete facilities, we keep lead times as short as possible and deliver within agreed terms.
We keep up with current trends and apply new technologies using state-of-the-art machines.      


Technical specification:

Doosan 2100 LY / M – a high-precision CNC controlled by universal lathe machines with driven tools ensuring machining of parts with a precision of up to +/- 0.01 mm. Our main domain is parts with a diameter of up to 52 mm.
With sections, we can machine diameters up to 250 mm. The machines can run pieces as well as manufacture from bars. Functions of our machines are controlled by FANUC control systems.

In 2021, we acquired a Czech automatic lathe machine Manurhin K’MX. It can run diameters from 3.0 mm to 13 mm with a precision of up to +/- 0.01 mm.

Our high-performance and precision vertical CNC machining centres feature rigid beds, stable cast-iron framework, and robust spindle heads. The machines move to positions with an accuracy of +/- 0.005 mm in all axes.
